We offer draft chambers wich emit few exhaust gas.
It is a multipurpose draft chamber meant for safely carrying out the tasks that generate exhaust gas and toxic gasses such as cleaning parts or works.
Not only do we offer the plastic ones, but also offer the SUS version for the organic solvent and alkaline solution, and PP versions which are durable against both.
We offer a variety of sizes and options in response to each request.

Single Wafer Processing Equipment which uses acid-alkali.
Automatically performs the liquid medicine processing or shower-cleaning with pure water.The swinging nozzle sprays the work on the conveyor with processing liquid that is transferred through the pump.The conveyor’s transport velocity, reciprocating motion during the liquid medicine processing and water cleaning are all adjustable on the operation screen.
